Caelan

Brother's being Goofy! February

Caelan's brother Brendan stayed with us for a while. They are true brother's in that they like to pick on each other! Brotherly love... such a sweet thing!

Spaghetti is a meal that is prepared very regularly in my house. My boys love it and it's fast, easy, and cheap! Garrett loves spaghetti so much that he likes to wear it! What do you think... the next fashion style??

I think I will have to save this one for Blackmail in the future!!

Playing outside! February

My boys are real boys in that they like to play outside and they usually want to get dirty and they play rough! I wouldn't expect it any other way. I have 3 brother's myself so I was well prepared for the true "boyness" that I get to enjoy everyday! I do love watching my boys playing and having a good time.

Like most boys my guys love their super hero's! So, why not have a little super hero war if the opportunity comes up!

Cody playing with "Dude" yes Dude because that is the only name I know for this young man. Dude because that is the only name Cody know for this young man... I asked Cody if he knew his real name... He said no and he really didn't seem bothered by it! :-)

Some Catching up to do AGAIN!

OK.. I've let it happen again! LOL I realized yesterday when I went to post about Caelan's Birthday that it has been since JANUARY ( Yikes!) since I last posted. So much for keeping this updated. I got lazy and was just posting mostly to facebook. Anyway I am going to get caught up on here, because believe it or not... not everyone has a facebook account! I hope to start the updating tonight, but no promises! LOL

Happy Birthday Caelan

I started out the day Saturday with decorating Caelan's Birthday Cake. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but I wasn't too sure how well it was going to turn out. I am really pleased with how it turned out. Chocolate cake with green frosting in the middle of the two layers. Chocolate frosting on the outside. Caelan loves Reese's so I got some mini Reese's and put those on the sides and on the top.

After decorating the cake I was a busy busy bee cleaning and decorating for the party. The party started at 6. Caelan showed up around noon. He had spent the night at his best friend Ethan's house. Ethan came with him and was going to spend the night at our house.

The first to arrive was Caelan's sister Alyssia. You should have seen Caelan's face. He was so excited and happy to see his big sister. He didn't believe me that I invited her. :-) We got to meet Alyssia's boyfriend, Jesse. Thank you guys so much for coming! It meant so much to Caelan!

People started showing up... Caelan's Grandpa Greg and Jenida... Aunt Dee... Nan Nan and Paw Paw... Our little apartment was pretty full, but everyone had a good time. Great food (thank you Nan Nan and Paw Paw for the burgers and hotdogs) Great memories!
